Moses’s Speech

First Part

In the meantime there arose a new king

Over Egypt that knew not Joseph. And

He said to his people: “ Behold this thing:

The people of Israel in our land

Numerous and stronger are becoming

Than we; come let wisely oppress and bend

Them  before they become also expert

To move us war and  run away through desert.

But it happened that the heavy jobs,

which the Egyptians  submitted the Jewish

instead of  decreasing its values,

made more mordant and more anguish

to the eyes of the same oppressors,

regardless of consequences and of costs,

Pharao made a general  edict:

“Be each male child drowned in the river of Egypt.

Mose’s deeds

 I

A tribute now I pay right away,

and it is that due to Father Moses,

when Egypt became scary and fray,

at the times of  Pharaon Ramses ,

when they increased  as it’s harder to say,

and the  Egyptians felt a risk because,

they  on arms strong in case of a war,

would have won and escaped furthermore!

And despite of  the very hard jobs,

which the Egyptians had obliged all of them,

instead to decrease their  own values,

became  more skill and dangerous men

at the eyes of the same oppressors;

of consequences and of costs regardless,

the Pharaon emanated this edict:

“Be every virile child of the Hebrews

[drowned in the river of Egypt.]

Descendants  of Adam and Eve

Then Adam knew Eve and she conceived

Cain. She said “Now I have got a man”.

A second time was pregnant Eve, glad

To give Abel his birth. But while Cain

Was  farmer,  shepherd was Abel instead!

The eldest his fruits  to  God more sane

Did give,  and Abel  best  from his flock

More pleasing God, made to  Cain a shock.

It goes on longing for real liberty

which will arrive with Christ  Redemptor

the trip of restless and strain  uncertainty

of the unworthy human gene and traitor

Whom will mislead wight great  iniquity,

Off from right furrows the seeds of  honour

Abel was murdered by his own brother

Cain, who will be for it,  pun'shed rather.

It was up to Set and his discendants

Enòs, Kenan, Iared, Matusalem

before the ark sailed trough tempestous seas

with Capitain Noè and best of them

Whom   God off   from big flood wanted to please

To resolve the everlasting problem

that Evil in the mud was sinkly dead

and  for His glory God could raise instead.

But  Noè’s father  has n’t to be confused

With the homonym that ascends to Cain,

to Whom  gave Ada, after conceveid

Iùbal;  Zilla gives him  a son again,

Tubàlkain, father of those who’re used

Working  iron and copper. Is not vain

To say that from Zilla each flute’s player

Descends, as well as those who play cither!

Bad and good poetry

I'm not so sure that we are right on distinguishing between good and bad poetry.

I prefer to talk of bad and good readers.

I mean that if someone reads a Dante's or a Keat's sonnet and she/he does not like it, there we have a bad reader, not certainly a bad poet.

May be we would talk of poetry and not poetry.

There is a long not interrupted line that ties poetry41, from the first known poets (king Salomon, Ben sirac, Homerus and the ancient greek-roman poets, till nowdays; and that's a line of love, universal brotherhood, friendship, deep sentiments but good sentiments.

We cannot call poetry writing on denying  Naziskin  Holocaust or on racism hate and human distruction!

That's just not poetry at all.

Otherwise, who is going to select good and bad poetry'

Good and bad art?

Do we remember great painter Van Gogh?

At his time he was not certainly considered to be a good artist but who dares today to say he's not?

Does poetry belong to evil and all the other stuff don't?

So, better no to talk of good and bad poetry.

Poem of Creation

Chapter 6
Where we narrate the last deeds  of King David,  of Solomon and his greatness;
From the  two books of the Kings.
II

In fact the day has come right now,
10. that  David reigns since  forty years,
To put  his powerful scepter down
And ‘cause the oldness he  fears
He has to choose who’ll  wear the crown
And writes his will with ink of love and  tears
15. That Solomon must in the  throne  be sit
And Ebiatàr and  Ioàb instead be guilt.

The Poem of Creation

Chapter 6
Where we narrate last deeds  of King David,  of Solomon and of his greatness;
From the  two books of the Kings and the two books of the Chronicles.

I

Now is David king feeling so cold

To marry with a virgin feature;

but with her is not so strong and bold,

although she’s warm and nice by nature

5. since a man who reaches to be old,

behaves  like a celestial creature,

Reaching the peak of brightness,

Fading away  ‘till  nothingness.
