Evilness of the world

 

The evils in the world are:

The wars engaged by the men of power

Concealing their own advantage

Behind the excuse of high ideals;

 

The evils in the world are:

The envy of the rich for the rich

And those who do not know

That the poor can feel wealthy;

 

The evils in the world are:

The insane sexual appetites,

the greed of goods and money

and the supposed superiority;

 

And the world's diseases

Are part of  the cross

That we carry with us daily;

 

But one day someone at once

put on His shoulders these evils

to save us from evilness

At the Cross contains all of them.
